All products shipped from Cobra Tactical are covered under the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use. If an item arrives damaged, contact Cobra Tactical and the shipper immediately.  If the Packaging is opened and/or items(s) are missing, do not accept package and contact Cobra Tactical and shipper immediately. 

Cobra Tactical, Inc does not accept returns or offer refunds on consumable items such as food, MRE's, fuel, chemical lights, batteries, lubricants, adhesives, paints CamelBak's filtration systems, and other similar products. Custom made-to-order items and discontinued items must be prepaid and are not returnable or refundable. Cobra Tactical has the right to change this policy at any time. Cobra tactical does not accept returns on used items, items missing original packaging, damaged items, or items missing Universal Product Code (UPC).  Services rendered such as gunsmithing, shipping and handling charges and similar charges are not refundable.  Software is not refundable.  Items returned will be inspected.  Any returned item which is not complete, missing any piece, part, or assembly of the item will be subject to review and at the discretion of Cobra Tactical be partially refunded minus the cost of replacing the missing piece. If missing items cannot be replaced, no refund will be issued.  No refund is offered for shipping and/or handling.  Shipping returns to Cobra tactical shall be the responsibility of the customer.     

14 Day Return Policy

Items to include electronic items, scopes, optics, upper receivers, and similar items are limited to a 14 day return period. 

30 Day Return Policy

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original Cobra Tactical® shipping date.  Please inquire with a Cobra Tactical® Service Representative on these topics at the time of order.

Made to Orders

This includes but is not limited to AR15 upper receivers which are considered made to order items.  Name tapes are not refundable.  

Defective Items

Defective items should be sent to the manufacturer.  Please contact the manufacturer before shipping item to them and get a Return Authorization from them. Cobra Tactical will assist you in returning the item to the manufacturer.  Please do not return the item to Cobra Tactical as this will result in delays and additional fees because then we have to ship the item to the manufacturer.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (e.g., Video clips, Pictures on SD cards), from any returned products. Cobra Tactical is not responsible for any personal data left on or in these items.

Promotional Items
In the case where promotional items are made a part of an order and that order is returned, the promotional item should also be returned.  Should the promotional item not be returned, the value of said promotional item may be deducted from the total order price.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover, PAYPAL, Cash and Cashier’s checks.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
Please check the manufacturer's warranties and or guarantees for their products. Cobra Tactical, Inc® does not express or imply any warranty or guarantee of any products manufactured by others.  Cobra Tactical, Inc® will honor manufacturer's warranties and guarantees (See our return policies for details) WARNING: Do not put any of our products in the washing machine unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Please follow all Manufacturers instructions.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Getting you your new equipment is our business. That's why Cobra Tactical, Inc® makes every effort to get you your gear in a timely manner.  Processing and shipping of products is normally within a few days of receipt of the purchase order. We ship with UPS, FedEx, and US Mail. We do the best we can in notifying our customers of backordered products, however we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. Out of stock merchandise will add delays to shipping.  We will make every attempt to notify you of the anticipated and estimated deliver date.  It should be understood that our ETA estimates are based on information provided by the manufacturer and therefore cannot be promised.  Should a product become temporarily out of stock you will be notified.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping rates are calculated using the latest technology offered by our couriers.  Large or heavy packages require additional postage. The shipping rates are based either by weight or by dollar amount and weight. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Overnight and Next Day shipping are available at additional charges.  Backordered items cannot be shipped overnight or second day or any other expedited shipping method.  Should you select expedited shipping for a backordered product you would be notified and refunded the difference charged to the actual shipping charges. Cobra Tactical, Inc® takes customer service and customer satisfaction very seriously, which is why we are committed to making your shopping experience at Cobra Tactical, Inc® free from headaches and frustration. If actual shipping charges are less than 10% Cobra Tactical, Inc reserves the right to collect additional fees.  If the difference is greater than 10%, Cobra Tactical would contact the customer before processing order. International Shipping: Cobra Tactical will ship not restricted items to international customers.  APO/FPO Shipping: Cobra Tactical does ship to APO's and FPO's.  Cobra Tactical reserves the right to cancel shipping for any reason.
