S.O.TECH BOMB TECH'S TOOL RIG-WRIST/LEG - BTR-W

Put your bomb tools right at your opposite wrist with this convenient wrist rig.

Made in the USA

The Need:
A bomb tech`s job is tough enough without having to fish around in ill-fitted pockets for his tools. We`ve seen techs using gas mask carriers, shotgun shell carriers and construction tool belts trying to find an efficient way to carry their tools.

The Answer:
SO TECH designed a set of tool kits to accommodate the most common EOD tools. We started with a design from MAJ Russ Hart (Ret. USMC) of REST Corps and sat down with the local bomb techs at an IABTI meeting to refine it. The outcome is a thigh rig based on SO TECH`s Claw Rig (patent pending). The rig has pouches and retention straps for crimpers, dikes, pliers, screwdrivers, folding pliers tools, Surefire 6P, cap box, shims, electrical tape and a large utility knife (up to an M9 bayonet). Each tool is secured by a hook and loop strap for a custom fit. All models can accommodate the Belt Hanger Adapter (BHA), sold separately. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery - SO TECH builds products on order to better serve your individual needs. Black is standard color, all other colors have an upcharge of 10%.

Beautiful workmanship
Although I'm not an EOD tech, this pouch system is still incredibly useful. I do extreme-environment computer networking, and the multitude of pockets and straps lets me keep a very diverse set of equipment organized and ready to hand. The quality and attention to detail on this pouch is the best I've ever seen, and thats coming from someone who has a pile of tactical gear from a certain dark-colored bird of prey.
