Summary: Cobra Tactical, Inc does not export those items defined under the ITAR Regulations. This includes: any firearms, firearm parts, firearm accessories, firearm technology, optics of any kind, most military related gear, infrared technology, United States issued Military Uniforms or Military branded items, or ammunition. Please do not contact Cobra Tactical and request a back channel line of communication. You have got to be kidding? We will not pay a fine or go to jail because you want gear.

Please understand that Cobra Tactical, Inc makes every effort to place ITAR restriction notices on our ITAR restricted items, however invariably some notices will be missing. Even if the ITAR Restricted Notice is missing, ITAR restrictions still apply.
If your order is found to violate ITAR, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is a service fee charged to you in compensation to process, cancel and refund your credit card, as well as compensate Cobra Tactical, Inc for fees incurred as a result of your actions (i.e credit card fees). If we receive an order that we believe to in violation to ITAR or our policies, Cobra Tactical will follow one or more of the following course of actions: 1. Attempt to contact the customer to resolve any questions or concerns, 2. Cancel the order or portion of the order and refund the customer the amount of the cancelled portion minus any fees resulting from the unlawful transaction. typically 25% of the order total. 3. Report activity to DHS/ICE/FBI and or other agencies. 4. Restrict buyer from shopping at Cobra Tactical, Inc.

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. If you wish to purchase an item which you intend to ultimate export or transport or use outside of the United States, please do not order through the website. You may contact Cobra Tactical to request a proposal. We may or may not be able to assist you. Depending on the value of the order, specific item(s), end user, country of ultimate destination and end use, Cobra Tactical, Inc may be required to apply for an export license with the appropriate U.S. government agency.
