Midwest Industries Rail Mounted QD Swivel Attachment

The rail mount QD swivel attachment point was designed to provide a front sling mounting location on a free float rail system and is best suited for use with a two or three point sling. It was built to accept and comes equipped with a heavy duty push button swivel. The socket that accepts the push button swivel was designed and machined to limit rotation which prevents the operators sling from twisting and ultimately becoming tangled.

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
  • Precision CNC machined from a block of 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat type 3 mil-spec anodized black for a rock hard lasting finish while weighing in at a mere 1.0 oz alone and only 2.5 ozs with the push button swivel.

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

We recommend the rail mount QD swivel attachment point for use with any AR where a two or three point sling is going to be used in conjuction with a free float rail system. This mount Works well with the Gear Sector GS-2P two point sling when in its two point set up..

INSTALLATION

Installation is straight forward. Simply loosen the allen head screw, slide the mount onto your rail system and tighten it down with the included allen wrench. In the unlikely event that your mount becomes loose, a drop of loc-tite can be applied to the screw.
